UC Davis Policy and Procedure Manual, Section 350-90, Employee-Vendor Transactions
- This policy prohibits an employee from selling goods or providing services to a University department unless the employee has teaching or research responsibilities. There are special rules for former employees, retirees and near relatives of employees. This policy is based upon UC BUS-43, which is based upon Public Contract Code Section 10516.
